Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled for services booked through Raymi in the United States.

1. Overview

This policy applies to service bookings arranged through Raymi and is intended for event services rather than physical goods.

2. Organizer cancellations

7 or more days before the event

Full refund minus payment processing costs.

Between 3 and 7 days before the event

50% refund unless the provider has already incurred documented non-recoverable costs.

Less than 3 days before the event

No refund.

No-show

No refund.

3. Provider cancellations

If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the organizer will receive a full refund for amounts processed through Raymi.

Repeated provider cancellations or unreliable conduct may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

4. Refund process

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method, subject to processor and banking timelines.

5. Disputes

For cancellation disputes or refund questions, contact support@raymiapp.com.

6. Force majeure

Force majeure events may include natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, public emergencies, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the organizer, provider, or Raymi.

When force majeure applies, Raymi may support rescheduling, partial refund review, or other reasonable resolution based on the available facts.
