Terms of Service

• Platform means the Raymi website, applications, and related software services.
• User means any person or entity that creates an account or uses the Platform.
• Organizer means a User seeking services for an event.
• Provider means a User offering services, listings, or proposals through the Platform.
• Service Listing means a public or private profile describing a Provider's service.
• Content means text, images, pricing, reviews, messages, videos, and other materials uploaded to the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use Raymi.

By using the Platform, you represent that your account information is accurate and that your use complies with applicable law.

• You must register with accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any social login credentials linked to your account.
• Raymi may offer sign-in through Google, Apple, Microsoft, and Facebook in addition to email and password.
• If the same email address already exists in Raymi, social login may be linked to that existing account instead of creating a duplicate user.

For Organizers, Raymi allows you to create events, discover providers, request availability, receive proposals, negotiate terms, and confirm bookings.

For Providers, Raymi allows you to create listings, receive opportunities, submit proposals, and manage commercial communication with organizers.

Raymi acts as a technology marketplace and facilitator only. Providers are independent contractors, and Raymi is not a party to the underlying agreement between Organizer and Provider unless expressly stated for a specific payment or escrow feature.

• Organizer fees and Provider fees may apply to transactions completed through Raymi.
• Applicable fee percentages are disclosed within the Platform before confirmation or payment.
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, and Raymi does not store full card credentials.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may receive a full refund minus payment processing costs.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may receive only a partial refund or no refund, depending on timing and fulfillment status.
• No-shows may result in the full fee being retained.

Users may not engage in unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, scraping, fee circumvention, impersonation, or abuse of the marketplace.

Users may not operate multiple deceptive accounts, manipulate reviews, or attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid Raymi fees after matching through the Platform.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, subject to the rights necessary for Raymi to host, display, process, moderate, and promote that content within the Platform.

By posting content, you grant Raymi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for operating, improving, and marketing the Platform.

Raymi trademarks, brand assets, software, and interface elements remain protected intellectual property of Raymi and its licensors.

Your use of Raymi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and retain personal information.

By using Raymi, you consent to receive operational and transactional communications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications according to your preferences.

Essential transactional messages, such as account verification, payment confirmations, security notices, and material changes to these terms, may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAYMI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAYMI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

RAYMI'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID TO RAYMI BY THE CLAIMANT DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAYMIAPP.COM LLC and its affiliates, managers, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of these Terms or the Platform will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable commercial rules.

The arbitration will take place in Virginia, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of Raymi after the effective date of the revised Terms means you accept the updated Terms.

Raymi may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion if a user violates these Terms, creates material risk, or engages in fraud, abuse, or other harmful behavior.
